Carbide ball
Ingredients:
Cemented carbide ball is made of high hardness refractory metal carbide (WC, TiC) micron powder as the main component, with cobalt (Co) or nickel (Ni), Mo (Mo) as binder, sintered in vacuum furnace or hydrogen reduction furnace powder metallurgy products, the common cemented carbide has YG, YN series.
Classification:
Carbide ball mainly includes blank ball, grinding ball, punching ball, bearing ball, valve ball, no magnetic ball, through hole ball, measuring ball, scraping ball and pen ball.
Grade:
Commonly used brands are: YG6. YG6x, YG8, YN6, YN8,.
Features:
Cemented carbide ball with high hardness, wear resistance, corrosion resistance, bending resistance, use of harsh environment, can replace the steel ball products. Hard alloy ball hardness ≥90.5, density =14.9g/cm3.
USES:
Hard alloy ball is widely applicable to a wide range of precision parts, such as punching and stretching, bearings, instruments, meters, pens, spraying machine, water pumps, mechanical accessories, sealing valves, brake pumps, punching and extrusion holes, oil fields, laboratories, hardness measuring instruments, fishing gear, counterweight, decoration and other high-end industries
Production process:
Carbide ball production process with other similar cemented carbide products, mainly include the pulverizing to formula according to the requirements of USES, the wet and dry mix - crushing - and sieving to join after forming agent, then to sieve made the mixture, drying granulating to cold isostatic pressing, molding (blank) - sintering - finished products to packaging, warehousing.
1. There are various diameter ball mold, from 0.3~100mm diameter fine grinding ball can be produced.
2. Through vacuum integrated furnace or high pressure sintering furnace sintering, the overall performance is high, no porosity, no sand hole.
3. Can provide blank with ring and ball, tolerance (0~+0.2), used for grinding.
4. Can be passivated, rough grinding to remove the band, polishing, fine grinding.
5. Produce according to customer drawings and requirements.
