1. What's your payment terms?
We accept West Union, Paypal, L/C, T/T and Trade Assurance.
Normally 30% deposit, 70% before shipping.
For small orders, 100% should be paid in advance.
2. Can you produce special carbide tools?
Yes, we can produce special carbide tools according to your drawings. What's
more, we can also offer solution if you don't know what tools to be used,
just send us products drawing, or tell us what products you need to make.
3. How about the delivery time?
a. For standard end mills will be shipped in 2-7 days after received
payment(please send us all specs you need so that we can check stock).
b. For customized tools will be ready in 10-15 days after received payment
(please send us detailed drawing for customized tools so that we can check
the exactly delivery time).
4. How can we place order?
a. For Single Size Order quantity less than 100pcs, you can order online
directly.
b. For Mixed Size Order, or quantity more than 100pcs please send email to
our customer service for help.
